This is an excercise in html / css coding, and saving money

Neocities has a cheap, monthly plan, and the money paid goes to support an open source organization - so I'd rather my upcoming need for a portfolio site be sourced to them.

Granted, Neocities lacks an "official" site builder, so this site's core code is largely thanks to Neocities user "Sadgrl"

and of course many trips to w3schools
